Membership Overview:
The FSMTA has a 1, 2, & 3 year Membership program.
The longer term you choose for membership the less you
pay for it.
The BOMT allows LMT's to receive up to six (6) CEU’s
for doing Pro-Bono work. The Board must approve it prior
to the event for credit.
The FSMTA Sugar Dunes Chapter is a member of the “Greater
Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce”. What that
means for you as a Chapter member is that you too, can
join the Chamber at a discounted “Associate”
rate.
The Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical
Quality Assurance has a contact phone number (1-877 HALT
ULA {425-8852}) to notify them about Unlicensed Activity
relating to Massage or any Medical Professional.

Chapter
Meetings: All meetings will be held at the Grace Tabernacle Church located on Eglin Parkway in Mariner Plaza (near Cinco Bayou Bridge and Scully's
restaurant) in Fort Walton
Beach, on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
- 7:00 p.m. for meet, greet, and refreshments; 7:00 p.m.
- 7:30 p.m. business meeting; 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. is
